Qualificações Experiência mínima de 6 anos como Analista Financeiro de TI; Inglês avançado; Modalidade PJ - trabalho híbrido; Fortes habilidades de comunicação e de gestão de stakeholders; Pensamento estratégico aliado a uma mentalidade voltada para a resolução de problemas; Altamente organizado, com atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas prioridades. Proativo e automotivado. Responsabilidades Gathering data, organizing information, analyzing historical results, making forecasts and projections, making recommendations, and generating Excel models, presentations, and reports. Support the area plan and work closely with the accounting/S&F team and budget managers to ensure accurate financial reporting. Financial forecasting, reporting (dashboard) and operational metrics tracking. Managing, tracking and analyzing financial data on a daily or regular basis: raw data from SAP, individual budget sheets from Excel, PO's, SOW. Managing and maintaining accruals, reclasses & prepaids. Reporting on financial performance and preparing for regular leadership reviews. Analyzing past results, performing variance analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements. Support the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures. Analyzing trends and forecasts and recommending actions for optimization. Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Developing automated reporting/forecasting tools. Identifying and driving improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards. Creating forecasts and models. Support the capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes. Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions, and trends.
