The Project Integration Specialist plays a vital role in overseeing the integration and coordination of IT projects within an organization. This specialist ensures that all project components are aligned, executed efficiently, and meet the company's strategic objectives. Main Responsibilities: Technical Lead: Ensure project implementations align with architectural design and guide cross-functional teams through communication and collaboration. Comprehensive Integration Planning: Develop and implement end-to-end solution designs for IT projects by assessing compatibility and interoperability of different systems and technologies through thorough testing and evaluation. Project Management and Resource Allocation: Plan timelines and deliverables, manage resources effectively, budgeting, staffing, monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and goals. Tech Selection and Validation: Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for new integration projects, determine best approaches and resources needed, stay updated on emerging tech trends. Risk Identification and Resolution: Identify and resolve integration issues and technical challenges through troubleshooting and collaboration with technical teams. Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the integration process. Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, drive continuous improvement in integration processes and methodologies by analyzing project results and implementing feedback. Required Skills: Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management or related fields. Systems Integration Experience: Various integration tools and platforms facilitating project integration, configuring and maintaining them, designing integrations between data systems and enterprise platforms. Architecture Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and software development, software architecture design including microservices, SOA, and cloud-based architectures. Languages and Tools: Advanced English and/or French language skills, use of integration tools and platforms, implementation and management of systems tracking and reporting metrics of integration projects. Key Qualifications: Communication and Influence: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences, build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met. Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead by example, working with cross-functional teams and building consensus among stakeholders. Strategic Vision: Ability to think 'in the big picture', aligning technological decisions with long-term objectives. Problem Solving: Proactive and analytical profile, engaged in identifying and solving complex challenges. Organization and Focus: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and results-focused environment.
