Role ID 0103 - Paid Ads Associate
Our client is a sports media company that also operates several professional sports leagues.
They have nearly 100 million followers across all of their channels, where they create content targeted at younger fans and athletes.
Beyond event sponsorships, large brands sponsor their content across all platforms.
They are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Associate to join their team. You’ll be responsible for managing and reporting on paid ads data across platforms.
Need to have qualifications:
- 3+ years managing Meta Ads
- 2+ years managing reporting on Excel / Google sheets
- Strong analytical skills to perform detailed campaign performance analysis and make data-driven recommendations
- Great English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Availability to work 9A - 5P EST
Nice to have qualifications:
- Experience with TikTok Ads
- Experience with Google Ads Manager.
- Experience with Snapchat Ads Manager
- Experience with Youtube Pre-roll
Responsibilities:
- Pull data from multiple ad platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat, ensuring comprehensive coverage of ad performance.
- Input and organize data within pre-formatted Excel templates provided by clients to maintain consistency and accessibility.
- Validate data accuracy to ensure precise and reliable reporting.
- Adjust work schedule to accommodate high-priority reporting days, with an emphasis on Mondays through Wednesdays.
- Collaborate with internal team members to align on reporting needs and deliver insights that support strategic goals.
- Safeguard client confidentiality while ensuring a seamless and efficient integration of reporting processes into the team workflow.
