Job Description As an Engineering Manager in our group, you will fully manage your team(s), ensuring predictable, high‑quality delivery and high operational standards. You’ll partner with Product and Staff Engineers, influence strategic direction, and report directly to the Engineering Director. What You Will Be Doing Lead and represent ~10 direct reports organized in smaller multidisciplinary teams. Actively partner with Product and Staff Engineer counterparts. Provide accountability for all initiatives of your teams. Work closely with technical leaders of the group to develop an effective technical strategy. Act as a point of reference for the Leadership team and main stakeholders. Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching through regular feedback and performance assessments. Qualifications Solid technical background related to the whole SDLC and can support and unblock teams in complex technical discussions. Experience modernizing legacy systems to modern architectures and leading teams’ ways of working. Comfortable communicating in written and verbal English across global teams. Approach with a lean, proactive, positive mindset, balancing impact and long‑term sustainable development. Embrace the “you build it, you run it” philosophy. Believe in continuous learning and improvement. Driven to lead and nurture high‑performing and healthy teams. Experience in mentoring others and developing future mentors and leaders.
