• Manage payor enrollment for federal, state, and commercial health plans
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of credentialing applications and follow-ups with health plans
• Communicate with practitioners and internal stakeholders regarding enrollment processes and requirements
• Maintain comprehensive and organized credentialing data in software systems
• Produce and distribute status reports on credentialing and enrollment progress

• Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in credentialing or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and credentialing systems
• Expertise in Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payor credentialing requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail

• Familiarity with telehealth payor requirements
• Experience in roles such as Provider Enrollment Specialist or Credentialing Specialist
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Knowledge of primary source verifications and medical licensing processes
