Overview We are seeking a proactive and analytical Financial Analyst Expert to join our team. This role is instrumental in driving financial clarity and supporting strategic decision‑making through accurate planning, insightful analysis, and effective communication. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator, a problem solver, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the business and its financial planning processes. Structure and maintain financial systems to enable efficient and accurate planning. Monitor financial KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives. Analyze financial data and ensure accurate recording within internal systems. Perform detailed analysis of financial results and create clear, actionable views for stakeholders. Present financial results to leadership and cross‑functional teams. Provide recommendations and share insights to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Qualifications 5–7 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related role. Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with SAP ERP systems is a plus. Ability to lead end‑to‑end projects and engage with senior management. Advanced office skills. Advanced English proficiency.
