**Learn how to run the supply-chain logistics for a million-dollar company (Brazil only)**:Fresh Prints is a NYC-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the training and support to build the business at their schools.The Operations Team handles one of the most crucial part of the business and is directly responsible for quoting and timeline or addressing licensing-related questions. We worked on 20,000+ orders last year with a direct impact of over $37 million in revenue.How do you coordinate the logistics of a million-dollar campaign involving multiple overseas and domestic vendors? How can we reduce our costs and increase our profit margins for a given order? How can you deliver an order in 5 days which has a standard turnaround time of 10 days?You will report to our Operations Manager and work closely with other members of the Fresh Prints team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in one of USA's 5000 fastest growing companies.**Responsibilities**- Processing all the orders assigned to you promptly- Navigating through the logístical challenges posed by each order to find an optimal solution- Coordinating timelines with Campus Managers/Clients/Vendors/Decorators to ensure that everyone is on the same page- Working on projects/campaigns as and when required**Essential Requirements**- At least 2-6 years of experience in Operations/Logistics- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets- Comfortable learning and navigating different tools and platforms- Multi-task and balance multiple priorities with deadline oriented approach- A proactive mindset: flags issues early, follows through, and seeks clarity when needed**Job Location**: Work From Home / Remote**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Brazil Time), Monday to Friday.
