Join to apply for the Social Media Manager (Betfair) role at Flutter Brazil About The Role And Team Lead the brand's social media presence strategy, ensuring consistency with positioning, focus on engagement and conversation generation, aligned with business objectives and brand culture, guaranteeing efficient management of the team and operational processes. Responsibilities Define and lead the brand's overall social media strategy, ensuring its execution in line with branding and communication guidelines. Guide and support the Social Media team in the execution of content and campaigns. Ensure the integration of social media initiatives with the other marketing pillars: Influence, Media, Branding, PR, Growth and Content. Supervise the planning and execution of campaigns and special projects, ensuring innovation, cultural relevance and adherence to brand objectives. Lead the relationship with partner agencies and suppliers, aligning expectations, goals and quality of deliverables. Lead the relationship with the global team and the Brand's Country Manager, aligning local expectations and objectives. Monitor key performance metrics of the brand's social media presence, extracting insights and opportunities for continuous optimization. Responsible for alignment with the creator, media, and brand strategy teams, ensuring better decision‑making within the objectives. Anticipate behavioral and platform trends, identifying strategic opportunities to strengthen the brand's digital presence. Represent the Social Media area in the company's strategic meetings, aligning objectives, sharing learnings, and promoting collaboration between areas. Performance Indicators Evolution of the brand's digital presence (followers, engagement, reach). Quality, impact, and engagement of campaigns and special content. Development of the Social Media team. Effectiveness of the integration between Social Media and other Marketing areas. Ability to anticipate trends and generate strategic innovations. Work Model Hybrid in São Paulo/SP with considerable flexibility. There is no set number of days for commuting to the offices.
