We are looking for a Senior Business Data Analyst

Hybrid role | Office in Retiro, CABA | On-site once a week

Full-time | Monday to Friday | 4 days remote work

We're hiring a Senior Business Unit Data Analyst to support data quality, validation, and

process monitoring across the SSP platform. This role plays a key part in ensuring that data

is accurate, clearly defined, and aligned with business processes.

You'll work across multiple domains, identifying and analyzing data discrepancies,

contributing to data definition efforts, and supporting the implementation of business controls

that help detect issues early. This position also involves collaboration with internal

stakeholders and clients to clarify data meaning, support control requirements, and maintain

the integrity of the shared platform environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Monitor and validate data quality within the SSP platform

● Analyze inconsistencies and contribute to the development of data definitions

● Help implement business controls and ensure timely issue detection

● Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to support data understanding and control

needs

● Contribute to an agile and collaborative team environment

● 3–4 years of business analysis experience focused on data or reporting, with

● Experience with Power BI is a plus

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

● 2+ years of experience in insurance tracking is preferred

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

● Strong presentation skills (content creation and delivery)

● Ability to work extended hours when needed.
