About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to join our global Sales Operations team. The role supports our go-to-market execution by maintaining CRM accuracy, enabling reporting, and ensuring operational alignment across regions. This position is ideal for someone eager to work in a fast-paced, multi-regional SaaS environment and contribute directly to growth by improving efficiency, data visibility, and collaboration between Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain high data accuracy within HubSpot CRM across all regional pipelines. Build and maintain sales reports/dashboards (HubSpot + Excel/Google Sheets) to track KPIs. Assist in coordinating global renewals, pipeline updates, and deal tracking. Partner with Sales, CS, and Finance to ensure information flow and process alignment. Monitor deal stage progress and support adherence to SLAs and reporting timelines. Implement and maintain workflows, automation rules, and CRM properties in HubSpot. Run regular data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies with sales reps. Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Support ad-hoc analysis and insight generation for leadership reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business/Operations/Economics or related field. 1–3 years in Sales/Revenue Operations or CRM management. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (strongly preferred); Salesforce/Zoho a plus. Strong Excel skills and comfort with structured data. Experience working with multi-region teams/time zones (SaaS/FinTech preferred). Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills. Proactive, self-starter mindset. Preferred: Experience with sales reporting, forecasting, pipeline analysis. Familiarity with HubSpot Workflows and basic automation (e.g., Zapier). Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, conversion, cycle time). Exposure to collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Monday.com). #J-18808-Ljbffr
