Human Resources Manager – Cotia, BrazilGeneral Description:

Lead and manage the strategic and tactical Human Resources operations of the company, ensuring the implementation of systems and practices that promote the attraction, retention, development, and engagement of employees. Act in alignment with organizational objectives, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, market trends, and the creation of a high-performance and satisfying work environment.

Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, People Management, or related fields.
  2. Languages: Advanced English; Intermediate Spanish (preferred).
  3. Experience:
    • Solid experience in all HR subsystems, preferably in industrial and multinational companies.
    • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  4. Desirable: Postgraduate degree in People Management, Administration, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Management:
    • Plan and manage payroll and personnel administration, ensuring legal compliance and clarity during audits and inspections.
    • Provide strategic management reports and collaborate with the Finance department for budget forecasts (AOP).
  2. Talent Development and Succession Planning:
    • Design talent development programs, ensuring performance evaluations and feedback are completed within deadlines.
    • Identify and develop key talents, implementing sustainable succession plans.
  3. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Manage benefits programs, including health plans and private pension schemes, aligning compensation policies with market practices.
    • Negotiate collective agreements with unions, such as work hour arrangements and profit-sharing plans (PLR).
  4. Recruitment and Retention:
    • Optimize recruitment processes for operational and strategic positions, reducing time-to-hire through modern selection techniques.
    • Implement actions to improve organizational climate and engagement, addressing conflict resolution and managing cultural change.
  5. Cultural Transformation:
    • Lead cultural transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with global organizational values and behaviors.
  6. Well-being and Compliance:
    • Oversee activities related to social services, medical facilities, and benefit management, promoting employee well-being and compliance with regulations.
  7. Metrics and Data-driven Decisions:
    • Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs, engagement surveys, etc.), using data to guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement programs.
