We are a time that has a great responsibility to ensure that strategies are created in connection with the needs of the farmer and the field and after that, our strategies and solutions are executed together with sales time.
In this area you will have the opportunity to develop and lead and implement the entire marketing strategy in your region, participation from creation to implementation. It will interface with different areas; it was together at a diverse and collaborative time and very connected to innovation. In addition to acting as manager of your region, you will have the responsibility of managing a diverse and multifunctional time. Support time to coordinate actions that can take Bayer to another level of learning, differentiating us from the competition.
**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:
Create and execute the regional marketing plan for each business unit (DN), prioritizing the key local commercial initiatives.
Align and challenge the business unit head regarding the marketing disciplines (4P´s).
Lead, develop, retain and attract a highly skilled team passionate to generate insights from the field, with the ability to clearly translate findings into actable opportunities to marketing and sales colleagues.
Lead the regional roll-out of EIB (Bayer Integrated Experience) both internally and with channel partners closely aligned with the Loyalty & Experience team. Activate the process connecting CP strategy to demand generation with Bayer's value proposition enablers (innovation, sustainability and digital products and services).
Implement and maintain a scalable process to engage and update sales and marketing team (+100 FTE) and sales reps of channel partners (+ 700 people) to guarantee sales performance.
Have a deep understanding of local market trends and price surveys to set up best short-term price and campaigns strategy ensuring optimum balance between company profitability and customer share growth.
Implement and monitoring the FFM training journey.
Manage sales campaigns, product mix, volumes, price goals and strategic market issues;
Manage the new products introduction plan providing guidance to the market development, marketing execution and sales team guaranteeing tactical activities implementations;
Lead the marketing perspective trough the ACP process at the business unity, connecting the businesses needs ad opportunities to the execution capacity
Ensuring that the construction of the goals plan for each sales channel leads to an evolution in shelf share, product and service mix, raising the level of channel loyalty. Review and participation in the investment plan (IBDP) ensuring that they are correctly directed, seeking the growth of the business unit with market share gain.

**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?**
- Experience in Ag business (in a Manager position) with deep understanding of the marketing and commercial aspects of the Ag business;
- Skilled in decision making and high capacity for execution and monitoring of activities;
- Knowledge in GTM, CX, Campaign, Pricing, Digital and Field Force Maximization;
- Ability to manage, collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams inside the organization to capture business growth opportunities even in ambiguous environments;
