We are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment where every voice is heard and valued. **Be part of the change.****As a UI/UX Designer you will**- Be the user and interface advocate in the production and design process;- Create and maintain UI/UX design documentation for any assigned projects;- Provide instruction, feedback and guidance for Mid and Associate UI/UX Designers;- Create and improve standard documentation within the UI/UX design team;- Create and update UI/UX design docs, templates, mockups, design systems, test scripts- and presentations to share UI/UX vision with the rest of the project;- Able to comfortably work in all areas of UI/UX design - user experience, user research,- UI design, UI art, usability tests and hands-off/deliverable;- Work closely with UI/UX designers and game designers from other studios;- Work on all levels of the interface: visual, control, feedback, accessibility.- Provide consistent, quality output.**Requirements**:- Cross-platform development experience on PC and mobile (console experience is a plus).- Good communication skills.- Basic understanding of game design.- Ability to work independently and in a team.- Passionate about user experience, flows, UI, and user testing.- Strong interest in UI Design/Art for various genres.- Problem-solving skills and an open mind.- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes.- Proactive and results-oriented attitude.- Sense of initiative and attention to detail.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.- Proactive approach to updating job knowledge.- Ability to contribute to efficient software UX/UI design.**Benefits**- Competitive financial reward;- Health Insurance;- A transparent and inclusion-oriented culture;- Relocation bonus,- Meal ticket;- Transport benefits and more;- A full-time job in a modern and relaxed studio atmosphere;- A chance to work in a booming industry, within an international team;- Private healthcare & Multisport card;- A lot of challenges and ambitious tasks;- An opportunity to grow in a stimulating industry.
