Senior Talent Acquisition Partner We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to serve as a strategic partner to the business, leading the full-cycle recruitment process with a consultative and data-driven approach. This role requires strong stakeholder management, market insight, and the ability to translate business needs into effective hiring strategies. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning talent needs with business objectives and team dynamics Design and implement innovative attraction strategies tailored to role complexity, market conditions, and candidate profiles Lead structured intake meetings to define success profiles and ensure clarity on job requirements Represent the company at networking events and industry forums to strengthen employer brand and talent pipeline Proactively source and engage top talent through multiple channels, ensuring quality and speed of delivery Identify and implement process improvements to enhance candidate experience, operational efficiency, and data accuracy Provide market insights and recruitment metrics to support decision-making and workforce planning Qualifications Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, either in-house or agency, within a corporate environment Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and guide hiring managers Expertise in technical or engineering recruitment and familiarity with national hiring dynamics Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and business acumen to navigate complex organizational structures Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field Bilingual in English or Spanish Minimum of 5 years in similar roles with demonstrated impact Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms is a plus
