  • Fluent English to host meetings with stakeholders from the USA.
  • Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM or KANBAN.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage project timelines.
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
