Job Overview A Key Role in Our Customer Success Team We are seeking a talented individual to manage our team of Customer Success Engineers, ensuring seamless collaboration with customers across various technical and business levels. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our team's success by developing and implementing strategies that meet customer needs, utilizing data to inform decisions, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Requirements Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in Customer Success Engineering or related fields, including 3+ years of people management experience.
