Head of Customer Engagement and Omnichannel Strategy

Este Head será responsable de liderar proyectos estratégicos enfocados en mejorar laperformance, automatización e integración de los canales de distribución(digitales y tradicionales) de la compañía. Responsabilidades Principales: Liderar y gestionar proyectos de transformación punta a punta, incluyendo CRM, integración de call centers y plataformas omnicanal. Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios(marketing, IT, operaciones, producto y ventas) garantizando la entrega en tiempo, forma y presupuesto. Supervisar la ejecución de campañas omnicanal, alineadas a los objetivos de marca y performance. Monitorear y reportar métricas de desempeñodel proyecto Apoyar la implementación de nuevas herramientas y plataformas digitales Colaborar con equipos regionales y globalespara alinear reporte de las iniciativas o Construir un modelo omnicanal E2E que facilite la interacción, cotización y compra de pólizas. Qualifications Requisitos del Cargo: Título universitario enMarketing, Administración, Ingeniería o carreras afines. Mínimo5 años de experienciaenseguros o servicios financieros. Experiencia comprobada engestión de proyectos, metodologías ágiles y coordinación transversal. Conocimiento sólido de loscanales de distribución en seguros(Bancaseguros, D2C, Partners y Call Centers). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación eninglés y español Deseable: CertificaciónPMP o Agile(Scrum Master) Conocimiento delciclo de vida de productos de segurosy diseño de customer journeys Dominio avanzado de Excel y documentación de proyectos Competencias Clave: Pensamiento estratégico y orientación a resultados Liderazgo y colaboración transversal Comunicación e influencia ejecutiva Adaptabilidad en entornos digitales cambiantes #J-18808-Ljbffr
