This is not a "make it pretty" gig. We want a designer with exceptional taste, strong opinions, and the instincts to ship visuals that move metrics. What You'll Do You'll partner with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Founders to: own day-to-day marketing design, evolve and guard our brand system, turn complex AI features into clear visuals, and more. Responsibilities: Own day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfaces Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets) Rapidly prototype A/B test variants and ship multiple creative angles per week Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers) Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight, moodboard, concept, production, iteration Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve What Success Looks Like Enhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS, asset turnaround under 48 hours for priority requests, and a cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework. Who You Are 6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house), exceptional taste, refined typography, layout discipline, and a deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI. Have 2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling) Can produce quick micro-motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops) Understand performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb-stop, offer framing, mobile-first) Have experience building componentized design systems for marketing The Opportunity Start part-time freelance and earn your way into a full-time seat in 12 months through results.
