Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product strategy for Health Payment Accounts in alignment with company goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare payment landscape
  • Define product requirements and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives
  • Monitor product performance and iterate on features to continuously improve user experience
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of healthcare payment systems, regulations, and industry standards
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
