Site Engineer (Metal and Steel Construction) Our client is seeking a Site Engineer to join their team Take charge of exciting construction projects in the Tengah West Region where your engineering expertise will ensure successful project delivery from start to finish. What you'll be doing? • Site Operations Management – Oversee day‑to‑day construction site operations, supervising activities, monitoring progress, and proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track • Quality Assurance – Ensure all construction work meets project plans, specifications, and safety regulations while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship • Progress Monitoring – Conduct thorough site inspections, perform quality checks, and maintain detailed documentation of project progress for stakeholder reporting • Stakeholder Coordination – Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities, address concerns, and maintain smooth project communications • Technical Leadership – Provide expert technical support and guidance to construction teams, helping them overcome challenges and achieve project objectives • Documentation Management – Assist in preparing comprehensive project reports, documentation, and records that ensure compliance and facilitate project success Who are they looking for? • Educational Foundation – Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, providing you with the technical knowledge essential for construction project success • Professional Experience – Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar role within the construction industry, bringing proven expertise to drive project excellence • Problem‑solving Excellence – Outstanding problem‑solving and decision‑making skills that enable you to navigate complex construction challenges effectively • Quality Focus – Strong attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to quality and safety standards across all project activities • Collaborative Approach – Ability to work seamlessly with cross‑functional teams, fostering positive relationships and achieving shared objectives • Technical Proficiency – Strong skills in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications with accuracy and precision • Technology Skills – Experience with project management software and construction site management tools that enhance productivity and project tracking Why you should consider this opportunity?
