**Responsibilities**:
**Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division** (Hexagon) is seeking a
**Solution Architect** within our ALI Americas group
**. **Although the position is posted in São Paulo, we are flexible on location to hire the best talent anywhere in Brazil or Chile.

- Leading customer engagements (with the participation of key-users) to create a compelling vision that is functionally and technically in line with the company's and customer's strategy.
- Serve as a technical and/or functional adviser, with knowledge of the portfolio and industry as well as specific knowledge of the business of specific clients to deliver the ROI (Return of Investment) of the projects.
- Contribute/Evangelize through leadership and best practices for changes in the organization (internal, projects, files etc) to increase the quality (of projects, interpersonal, organization, contentment, among others).
- Work as cross-project to promote service guidance in accordance with the company's methodologies.
- Leading the design of the solutions proposed in the projects through analyses/discoveries/interviews, bringing an objective view (macro) of where the consultants should go in accordance with the company's methodologies and architecture framework aspects.
- Leading solution architecture definition on how one or more Hexagon products can be combined and configured to support one or more business operations.
Qualifications:
**Education**:
- Engineering or any other technical bachelor's degree
- Experience working in a relevant industry and/or with similar technology in a technical consulting role
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a trusted adviser for customers.
- Help clients achieve/exceed expected project goals and metrics.
- Work together with PMs and customers to propose the best architecture of projects to achieve the expected goal.
- Lead the design of the solutions proposed in the projects through analyses/discoveries/interviews, bringing an objective view (macro) of where the consultants should go.
- Participate in the documentation and configuration of solution specifications.
- Seed Engineering Management
**Experience**:
- Knowledge in design tools
- Expertise and experience in HxGN Smart Engineering tools (S3D, SPID, SPI, SEL) is desirable.
- Integrated environment and digital transformation projects
- Implementation of projects and solutions
- Design functional and technical specifications
- Business analysis consultant
- Automation of processes and routines
