The FEA Specialist is a key role in the development and RFQ process, focused on innovation in numerical simulation.
Key Responsibilities:- Numerical Simulation Expertise:
- Metal static non-linear analysis, metal fatigue, metal optimization, bolts
- Rubber static/dynamic, rubber fatigue
- Calculation Model Implementation:
- CAD work, meshing, job editing
- Documentation and Communication:
- Interpreting results and communicating findings to development teams
- Delivering calculation reports
- Assisting CAD team in using FEA
- Process Improvement:
- Improving existing modeling methods and standards for increased effectiveness and efficiency
- Tech Development:
- Developing skills in new technological areas
- Benchmarking and Tool Evaluation:
- Evaluating FEA tools to meet business requirements and respond to internal service needs
- Methodology Development:
- Developing numerical prediction methodologies for CTVC products
- Research and Testing:
- Participating in FEA research planning
- Optimizing analytical and numerical models through testing campaigns
- Collaboration and Training:
- Training colleagues in FEM/Testing
- Communicating closely with CAD team and Product Developers during RFQ and project phases
- Language and Cultural Competence:
- Possessing advanced written and spoken English to communicate across regions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in FEA or related areas
- Experience working with multicultural teams
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in structural analysis and simulation
