We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our Administrative Manager by assisting the executive management (C level &Heads) by handling all travel, document and report related requirements.Being a part of Kokku means being able to work with comittment to excelence. We strongly believe in pushing boundaries and creating remarkable experiences.DepartmentCorporateLocationRecife, PE - Brasil**The benefits about joining Kokku**:- Competitive financial reward;- Health Insurance;- A transparent and inclusion-oriented culture;- Relocation bonus,- Meal ticket;- Transport benefits and more**As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant you will**:- General administrative support;- Handle all the paperwork for obtaining and renewing visas, diplomatic cards, customs matter, and the personal effects of the international staff, as well as the executive board;- Handle any system entries for the board in kokku’s internal processes, be it travel, purchasing, corporate card, accountability, etc.;- Support the Administrative Manager in implementing Compliance related to board and travel;- Assist executive directors (Heads and C Level) in various aspects, including locating suitable accommodations for international staff;- Welcoming visitors; providing information; answering requests, inquiries and telephone calls; screening calls; taking and transmitting messages; directing and guiding people; providing special assistance to authorities and special users;- Organize and support kokku on events and trips;- Managing information and preparing documents;- Controlling mail and filing documents;- Perform other tasks of the same nature and level of complexity associated with the organizational environment.**We expect you to have**:- Higher Education, complete or in progress, in administration;- Psychology or people management, or proven experience in the area;- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel; Internet);- Fluent English is mandatory.
