Growth Marketer – Global Running Company (Part-Time, Path to Head of Marketing) Apply for the Growth Marketer role at Go Running Tours . Go Running Tours is a global running company looking for a part‑time marketer who can grow into Head of Marketing. Responsibilities Own all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients. Develop, optimise and scale email marketing workflows; build smart automations and analyse data. Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta and Google, explore new platforms, and track what moves the needle. Create case studies, explore sponsorships and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners, companies and destinations. Continuously research new technology, marketing tech, and industry trends to keep the company ahead of the curve. Collaborate directly with the founder and the remote team via Slack. Qualifications Analytical, structured, and detail‑oriented. Creative ability to craft compelling copy and connect B2C and B2B opportunities. Experience in email marketing and paid media preferred. Strong execution mindset: able to learn, test, iterate and scale results. Fast mover, self‑starter and super collaborator. Enjoy working remotely and always available for occasional calls. Contract Details USD 1,400 per month 25 hours per week Contract managed via Upwork Working Conditions Remote work with 2–3 internal meetings per week. All communication occurs on Slack, and you have time for deep work and collaboration across time zones.
