Key Responsibilities and Qualifications Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, industry dynamics, and client-specific challenges to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, assess business performance, and identify key areas for improvement. Develop and communicate data-driven insights through compelling presentations, reports, and visualizations that guide client strategies. Support the implementation of strategic initiatives by working alongside client teams to translate recommendations into actionable plans. Engage directly with client stakeholders at various levels, from junior team members to senior executives, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with project goals. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related fields from a top-tier university. 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment. Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis. Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations. Good communication skills in Portuguese and English. Availability to work in person at our office in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo, and at client locations.
