ENGLISH LANGUAGE POSITION. FLUENT ENGLISH REQUIRED

We are seeking an upbeat, motivated, and articulate SDR to join our team as an outbound, B2B, Sales Development Representative (Pre-Sales) with a focus on Cold Calling. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings with prospective business customers via cold telephone outreach. Qualified candidates should be self-starters with a proven track record of success. This role is 80% telephone outreach, so they should be comfortable with cold calling. This is a full-time, remote position. 9am - 6pm BRT Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound B2B appointment setting via telephone in English.
  • Convince cold B2B business prospects to come to a meeting with an Account Executive.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of meetings held.

Requirements

  • Expert Fluency in English for business prospecting.
  • Naturally articulate, outgoing, and convincing person.
  • Passionate about cold outreach to prospects via telephone.
  • Passion for developing a career in sales.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Desired

  • 1+ years of experience as an outbound SDR doing cold calling. (Software / IT / SaaS a plus).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
  • Experience living abroad.
  • High energy team player.
  • Goal-oriented.
  • Experience using CRMs.
