Have a proven + 5 years track on Technology Financial Services? Have worked to transform your IT Development team to an Agile configuration?We are looking for someone that will support the Portfolio and Project Management team on onshore and offshore projects, working closely to the business and IT. This person will also contribute to the Agile transformation program, leading the implementation of the agile methodology to take our team to the next level.We expect you to:- Design, plan, execute, monitor and control all Integration Initiatives, Programs and Projects, especially the ones related to Bahamas, making sure all work packages are delivered on time and within quality standards- Elaborate clear status reports, summarizing key messages, issues and risks, as well to present it to senior audience, in English.- Partner with different areas to plan, execute and have the ability to find alternative plans when needed.- Partner with our Transformation Office and lead a change on the culture of the Technology team, serving as a Subject Matter Specialist (SME) on Agile methodologies.- Implement a value-based methodology for initiative prioritization- Create presentations and explore scenarios of non-structured demands- Have strong soft skills, good communication, verbal and written, with attention to detail- Be a resilient team player, taking the lead and influencing colleagues at all levels.- Work with low level of supervision and know when to escalate.- Work in English, fluency in English and Portuguese is a must.- Work in a hybrid mode, coming to the São Paulo’s office 3 times a week.**Your Career Comeback****Your team**- You will be working in Brazil as part of our Business Management & Change Portfolio team. We are part of Wealth Management Regional Technology team responsible for IT Development for Wealth Management in Brazil, Mexico, and Bahamas.**Your expertise**- 5 plus years of experience in the Financial Services Industry- 5 plus years of experience in complex Portfolio and Project Management- ideally holds 2 main certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP)® and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) ®, other certifications are a plus.- proven track of complex delivered projects.- advanced Presentation Skills, Excel, Tableau and Power BI- experience with senior audience (C-level) presentations- fluent in English and Portuguese**About us**- UBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
