Workday Functional Expert As a Workday functional expert, you will play a key role in shaping the company's HCM strategy. Your expertise in Workday configuration and business processes will be crucial in driving the implementation of efficient HR systems. Key Responsibilities: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues affecting live Workday applications. Collect and document business requirements and functional designs from stakeholders. Perform thorough data analysis and regression testing to ensure seamless system performance. Act as a subject matter expert on Workday configuration, including security settings and business process mapping. Develop and maintain knowledge bases and response catalogs to support end-users. Independently oversee Workday Cloud Connect for Benefits (CCB) and Workday Studio integrations, encompassing payroll and end-to-end support. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Workday functional or techno-functional roles. In-depth understanding of Workday HCM configuration and business processes. Familiarity with CCB and Workday Studio integrations, with hands-on exposure to payroll support and production issue resolution.
