In this role, you will be responsible for

• Manage sales and deal performance of partner rental companies, seeking opportunities to increase revenue.
• Analyze the car rental market to identify new business opportunities in international markets.
• Develop strategies with Marketing and Product teams to boost results.
• Prospect potential partners and negotiate expansion of Rentcars in different countries.
• Oversee partners' products, services, and pricing across sales channels and propose actions to increase competitiveness.
• Track portfolios of car rental companies, share information, and work to improve overall performance (availability across channels, WS performance, NPS, complaints, SLA resolution, financial status, commissions).
• Ensure relevant information, including performance reports, is shared with partners to support market position and joint strategies.
• Support other internal departments (Finance, Operations, Customer Service, Growth).
• Provide support to partners via email, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Analyze and prepare presentations for internal and external use on key market indicators.
• Manage integration with rental companies and involved departments.
• Open tasks or generate tickets to support expansion, partner registration, and new locations or categories.

What we expect from you (experience, soft and hard skills)

• Advanced English.
• Previous experience with B2B commercial relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical, proactive, with a sense of urgency and initiative.
• Experience in service companies.
