We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our team and play a key role in building innovative software solutions.
In this position, you will focus on creating and implementing backend systems that ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability. You will work closely with various teams to deliver solutions that meet technical standards and business needs.
Responsibilities

  • Design and implement backend systems using Java and related frameworks
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries to manage large datasets while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with analysts, QA teams, and technical groups to deliver solutions aligned with business goals
  • Conduct code reviews, advocate for best practices, and ensure consistent quality standards
  • Contribute to the design and planning of new system features, enhancing architecture where needed
  • Work with the architecture team to select suitable technologies and address complex technical challenges
  • Resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues in applications
  • Create and maintain documentation for technical solutions and codebases
  • Stay updated on advancements in Java development, database technologies, and emerging tools

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Java development, with expertise in J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, and JDBCTemplate
  • Practical experience with microservices frameworks such as Spring Boot, including WebFlux, RestController, and Swagger
  • Strong knowledge of SQL design and optimization for databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and PLSQL
  • Proven ability to develop scalable and high-performance applications
  • Experience managing large datasets and optimizing database queries for efficiency
  • Proficiency in version control tools like Git and familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Ability to debug and resolve complex software issues effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with analysts, QA teams, and developers
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and principles of service-oriented design
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have
  • Experience working with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or Maven
  • Knowledge of tools like SonarQube for improving code quality and optimization
  • Familiarity with OpenShift for managing containerized applications
  • Experience using performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or similar platforms
