The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily English communication.

We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. This role suits someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in HR and operations, and who thrives in dynamic environments with attention to detail and autonomy.

Responsibilities
  • Support hiring and talent hunting activities, people operations, and administrative processes.
  • Engage with business needs and, when appropriate, communicate with clients directly.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, autonomous work environment and help solve problems with initiative.
  • Collaborate in a multicultural team that values transparency and continuous feedback.
Qualifications

Must-haves:

  • English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC
  • Interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work
  • Strong communication skills

Nice-to-haves:

  • Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
  • Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
  • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
  • International experience
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication

  • Contractor (PJ)
  • Competitive compensation: R$2.5K, with potential increase to R$5K after 6 months
