**Job description**
We are looking for a **Carrier Integration Analyst** to help successfully build out our network of carriers. Tasked with onboarding, management, and monitoring of carrier integrations thus contributing to the growth and scaling of the project44 carrier network. You will be a leader, a salesperson, a carrier expert, a project manager, an integrations expert, and an efficient operator.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Research carrier API documentation when we need to do a sweeping upgrade to add reason codes for instance, or add additional fields to the API
- Reach out to carriers if additional info is needed or information is missing from their docs
- Test APIs if needed to gather additional details or to determine correct structure of carrier API for mapping or coding
- Analyze data quality within the project44 carrier network
- Work with internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders, to accurately capture requirements and scope of integrations for new carrier integrations
- Monitor existing integrations for enhancements and upgrades
- Serve as an internal SME on various carrier connections, intricacies, and processes for connecting to project44 network
- Create and run monthly reporting on data quality measures, performance, and gaps
- Working with engineering teams in various time zones, that will be responsible for carrying out integration changes or upgrades
- Review data logs to spot trends and gaps with existing integrations
- Assist in setting up EDI, API, CSV integrations with carriers as needed
**Requirements & Preferred Skills**
- Excellent client-facing, **English** and **Portuguese** written and verbal skills communication skills. Spanish language is a plus
- 2-4 years of experience in technical business analyst role
- Experience working JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Tableau, APIs (XML and JSON), EDI
- SaaS or software and/or logistics industry experience, preferred
- Ability to balance multiple projects with competing priorities
- Mus be organized to keep track of various projects and milestones
- Organized - would be required to keep track of above activities within Confluence or Sharepoint (we can train on tools)
- Does not have to be developer, but would like them to understand technical flows/processes
