Mandatory Skills: DynamoDB AWS S3 (file manipulation and verification) AWS SQS (queue monitoring and analysis) And much better if you stand out for: Good knowledge of English for communication with international stakeholders; Profile with experience in technical support and interest in development; Good documentation and communication skills; Analytical profile focused on problem-solving Key Responsibilities: Service validation after releases; Documentation of new requests; Participation in Keynote sessions with the development team after new implementations; Verification of correct file uploads to AskJIA via S3; Analysis of queues in SQS to identify failures or bottlenecks What do we offer?
