With a strong presence in Latin America, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Revenue Manager + Sales professional to drive revenue growth in this strategic region.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile Revenue Manager + Sales professional who will be responsible for maximizing revenue and sales opportunities in our Car Vertical across Latin America. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of revenue management skills and strong sales acumen, and will play a pivotal role in achieving our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Latin American car industry, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.


New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals with car rental companies, dealerships, and other relevant partners.


Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our market presence in Latin America, setting clear objectives and performance metrics for the sales team.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align sales efforts with company goals.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

5+ years of experience in revenue management and sales within the car industry or a related field.

Strong understanding of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).

Willingness to travel within Latin America and occasionally internationally.
