Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to understand commercial and go-to-market processes, goals, and pain points, and develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational objectives Conduct research and analysis of industry trends, emerging technologies, benchmarking and digital best practices to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap for digital transformation initiatives, set priorities, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success Assess existing commercial and go-to-market processes, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, and design digital solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Leverage digital technologies, such as customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation tools, e-commerce platforms (B2B and B2C), and data analytics, to enhance customer experience, accelerate sales cycles, and optimize Process. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance 8+ years experience in Systems & Applications. A track record of successful roles in 5 or more large implementation projects. Advanced level of English Desirable: Postgraduate and specialization / SAP certification(s) Key Competencies Strong Go to Market and Commercial process knowledge In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, and ability to tailor Agile practices to fit the specific project and organizational needs. Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms for clear communication with business stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure and Sales Force. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Extensive hands-on experience on integration technologies and protocols, such as RESTful APIs, SOAP Proficient in programming languages and frameworks commonly used such as C# and Python are desirable.
