Job Description We are hiring a Strategic Alliances Associate Director to act as the principal liaison between our company and its strategic manufacturing partners. The successful candidate will possess a broad, cross‑functional perspective, demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority, and proven expertise in end‑to‑end contract lifecycle management. This role is based in a global, matrixed environment and offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact, partnering across our internal manufacturing facilities and external contract partners to create an interdependent global manufacturing network dedicated to delivering a compliant, reliable supply to customers and patients on time, every time, across the globe. Main responsibilities: Responsible for key strategic external alliances in Brazil within the manufacturing organization. Handle onboarding of new alliances and lead post‑deal and day‑to‑day alliance activities to shape and achieve strategic objectives of the alliance. Establish clear communication lines across the partnership, anticipating, and resolving potential issues, negotiating ancillary agreements and amendments and overall ensuring the highest quality relationship possible. Work closely with key stakeholders throughout the company, pull in subject‑matter experts when needed and successfully lead the partnership through the life of the alliance including strategic shifts and enhancements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines. Fluent Portuguese language skills. Advanced English language skills. Prior experience in contract management — essential. Prior experience with PDP is a relevant differentiator. Experience with increasing responsibility in Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Science and Technology, Global Procurement, External Manufacturing, Lean - Six Sigma and/or related business areas. Experience leading cross‑functional teams is essential. Previous third‑party commercial experience is strongly desired. Knowledge of the manufacturing organization and leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Candidate must be accomplishment oriented, possess a "business owner" mentality, possess the ability to influence without authority, and demonstrate the ability to effectively operate in an ambiguous/changing environment. Availability to work based in São Paulo/SP.
