Responsible for budget planning and tracking in the assigned area
- Assistant to the Director Sales Global Account, Director Sales Product Line, Key Account Manager, Global Commercial Manager, Product Manager Sales, and Manager Technical Customer Product Line for all commercial tasks
- Helping to prepare quotes and cost break-downs
- Helping to maintain customer portals
- Assisting with tasks such as RFQ downloads, quote uploads, schedule tracking, ordering of samples, billing and payment matters, aftermarket matters etc.
- Entering project data on the relevant data platforms, e.g. easyDoc, GSPT etc.
