Digital Marketing Specialist, LATAM

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who’ll be tasked with leading and executing the digital marketing projects and initiatives working alongside our brand marketing team, agency partners, and cross-functional Centers of Excellence.

Reporting to the Latam Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning & managing digital projects in the LATAM region, creating best-in-class digital experiences, and driving the most value in the moments that matter. Applying a strategic, customer-focused, and data-driven mindset, you will dive into data and deliver insights that drive decision-making across the LATAM region. In this essential, customer-centric role, you will help us propel our digital ecosystem to the next level.

1. Digital Performance
  1. Work closely with stakeholders to define digital marketing objectives, understand requirements, and ensure alignment with business strategy.
  2. Lead the briefing construction process for digital media campaigns, in collaboration with the Latam brand marketing coordinators.
  3. Collaborate with brand and agency teams and support Tiers 1, 2 and 3 media planning, implementation, and campaigns optimization (social, A/B tests, search, programmatic).
  4. Ensure holistic full funnel paid media performance efforts across brands and channels aligned with business objectives.
  5. Own and optimize Search campaigns’ content management according to briefings and priorities. Collaborate with the Latam marketing team to build appropriate assets for paid campaigns.
  6. Build campaign reports with the agency teams and follow closely the campaign results from top to low funnel, to be able to take appropriate action plan.
  7. Manage budgets effectively and ensure resources are allocated optimally.
2. Website
  1. Own the website strategy and content management, including MY update and new landing pages construction.
  2. Collaborate with web, marketing, and agency partners to translate, adapt and deploy website content.
  3. Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to ensure the best organic performance of our websites.
  4. Manage taxonomy of campaign initiatives.
3. Social Media
  1. Collaborate with brand marketing and agency teams to build efficient social media planning, implementation, and optimization for the Latam channels (Instagram).
  2. Manage agency partners on engagement and community management, ensuring the best alignment with the brands and guidelines.
  3. Monitor results and KPIs from all local social media channels, to collaborate with the team on optimization insights and action plans.
4. Influencers & Partnerships
  1. Support the brand marketing coordinators by providing insights and data on influencers and partners, based on global tools and best practices.
  2. Provide earned media KPIs and reports for influencers and partners.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  1. 5-7+ years of professional experience including 5 years in digital marketing.
  2. Fluency in English and advanced Spanish.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital project management best practices.
  4. Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and consumer behavior.
  5. Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and Google Analytics.
  6. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, being able to build spreadsheets and presentations.
  7. A collaborative mindset and working style with excellent communication skills.
  8. The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
