**Senior Risk Analyst**

You will be responsible for conducting risk and control assessments, control testing, managing risk events, operational losses and developing key risk indicators.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Monitors Operational Risk.
- Analyzes the direction and sufficiency of internal controls and performs periodic control tests.
- Conducts root cause analysis of incidents and losses captured in the database for Operational risk.
- Conducts risk assessments of new or changing products, with proposals for appropriate controls to support successful deployment.
- Prepares materials for the Risk Committee and management reports.
**Role Requirements**
- 3-5 years of risk or related experience in a financial Institution.
- Excellent knowledge of banking regulations.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
- Proactivity and Organization
- Excellent communications skills (verbal/written).
- Data Analytics skills (SQL, PYTHON).
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, and decision-making skills, together with the ability to interact and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work individually, or collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity, making quick decisions, and managing tight timelines.
- Intermediate to advanced English is required.
