Cloud Solutions Engineer Role Job Overview This position involves serving as a primary technical point of contact for LATAM clients. Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is essential. We work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop strategic approaches tailored to meet the specific needs of the LATAM market. Collaboration with client IT and business teams is critical to troubleshoot issues, resolve obstacles, and expedite solution deployment. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive training and enablement on Matilda Cloud solutions through partnerships with clients. Customer feedback collection and analysis are crucial to informing product and engineering team decisions for continuous improvement. Developers require support in containerizing applications and migrating them to Kubernetes. Automating recurring tasks in container-based workflows into reusable CI/CD assets is a priority. Responsibilities also include designing, building, managing, and operating infrastructure and configuration for container platforms with a focus on automation and infrastructure-as-code. Managing Hybrid cloud enterprise Kubernetes clusters is another key aspect of this role. Ensuring reliable WFH readiness with stable high-bandwidth internet connectivity is essential. Travel across LATAM may be required for meetings and events.
