Job Summary

The Lead Theatre Practitioner - Orthopaedics is responsible for delivering safe and quality care to patients during their perioperative phase of care. This role involves managing a team, coordinating staff training needs, and ensuring the organisation of care provision within the Operating Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and quality care to patients
  • Manage and coordinate staff training needs
  • Organise care provision within the Operating Department
  • Assist in the delivery of patient care
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and self

Requirements
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
