As a Pricing Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of new pricing features and pricing strategies for our ride-hailing platform. You will be working closely with our Pricing team, as well as with other teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Product Development to create pricing strategies that improve the user experience while also maximizing revenue.As a member of our Pricing team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the ride-hailing industry, work on high-impact projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. We are committed to providing a challenging and rewarding experience for our interns, with opportunities for professional development and career growth within our company.Role Responsibilities:- Assist in analyzing pricing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for pricing optimization- Help develop new pricing features that improve the user experience and drive revenue growth- Collaborate with other teams to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business objectives- Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay up-to-date on industry pricing trends and best practices- Assist in creating reports and presentations to communicate pricing insights and recommendations to seniorRole Qualifications:- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.)- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel or Python- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyEEO Statement:**You'll love working at DiDi because**- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
