Job Description: Implement and maintain hardware asset management processes using the ServiceNow platform to ensure integrity and accuracy of asset data in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Construct and maintain inventories, correct relationships within CMDB, and develop dashboards dedicated to Hardware Asset Management (HAM). Integrate inventory tools with ServiceNow. Develop and configure workflows, business rules, and reports in the HAM module. Support internal and external audits with reliable asset information. Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure a complete life cycle of assets. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience with ServiceNow, especially in IT Asset Management/ Hardware Asset Management module. Solid knowledge in CMDB and ITIL processes. Experience with integration of inventory tools and process automation. Ability to analyze data and generate management reports.
