Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.****The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**- Work closely with external advisors to ensure accurate and timely corporate income tax return filings.- Support Global Accounting Team in all aspects of US GAAP financial reporting including cash tax forecasting and payments, quarterly provision, return to provision, and assessing uncertain tax positions.- Develop and implement plans to optimize cash tax and ETR.- Support tax audit efforts (PwC, Internal SOX Controls, Tax Authorities) in a timely fashion.**Your Skills and Expertise**To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in accounting or tax from an accredited institution.- 5-7 years of direct tax compliance experience.- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and local language, and ability to collaborate across global functions and organizations.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:- Proven ability to use analytical and influencing skills to drive results.- Exhibit sense of urgency to drive effective changes and actively look for continues improvement opportunities.**Work location: Remote****Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).****Supporting Your Well-being**Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
