JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in São Paulo. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the execution of industrial projects in South America, ensuring timely delivery within budget and contract specifications. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Contact suppliers, find the best solutions, and make cost estimates to achieve on‑time and in‑budget project delivery. Gather technical specifications from engineering departments, approve specifications and drawings. Send price inquiries to suppliers, filter quotations before issuing them to the purchase process in coordination with our purchasing department. Prepare and update project planning and progress reports. Take control of project budgets and monitor forecast revisions (material, time & expenses). Work closely with Project Managers and maintain frequent contacts with other departments, customers, and suppliers. REQUIRED PROFILE Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Bioengineering, or Chemical). 1–2 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the Oils and Fats or Oleochemicals industry. Pro‑active and self‑driven attitude, able to prioritize and meet deadlines. Accurate and organized work habits. Team player, sharing essential information. Sufficient analytical skills for troubleshooting. Willingness to travel for short periods, representing our organization. Fluent knowledge of Portuguese & English (Spanish or other languages are an asset).
