The QA Specialist (International) works on exciting projects with one of Client's courseware development team. This role is to review course content and test course functionality. Attention to detail and thinking outside the box are necessary to identify issues that need to be addressed. The ideal candidate will collaborate with other QA specialists and eLearning developers in a fast-paced environment, creating excellent eLearning content and providing feedback to team members that contributes to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:Review and edit course scripts, descriptions, storyboards, and other deliverablesReview graphics/art department deliverables to ensure the quality and adherence as storyboard dictatesTest course builds, complete issue logs and re-test fixes until the fix passesCommunication with the team on these issues and provide feedback in a collaborative way that helps to make all the departments in courseware thriveFlexibility regarding working hours as they will be working withteams across different time zonesTake an active role in creating and supporting content that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive as outlined in the Client's DEI statementEnsure content is Web Content Accessible Guidelines (WCAG2.1) compliant so that our content is accessible to all users
Must Haves:Bachelor's degree in related fieldMinimum 3 years of relevant experience working in eLearning QAExcellent communication skills, written and verbalExcellent communication skills in German and English.
