**Introduction**
In a fast-growing environment we are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our Latam Finance Team.
The Junior Finance Analyst is mainly responsible for control and perform bank payments and receivables, accounting and finance reconciliation, support month closing process, bill invoices in Toluna's system and in governmental website and other finance team demands.
**Responsibilities**
- Support in billing and collection routines
- Ensure compliance with the company's payment and receivable policy
- Perform accounting and financial reconciliations
- Remittance of payments to banks - analyze, launch and check
- Reimbursement of expenses
- Debit notes and returns
- Monthly closing
- Exchange closing
- Perform various reports
- Develop activities of financial analysis, accounting, classification of entries, comparing the support of area reports, trial balances and balance
- Pertinent demands of the area
**Required Skill Set**
- 2 years previous financial background
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration or other finance related
- Accounting process knowledge - Basic level
- Excel knowledge - advanced level
- Advanced in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Eager to evolve in a fast-moving international environment
- Ability to work well in high pressure situations in order to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities
