This Position reports to:

**Position Description**:
We are looking for a **Product Manager** to join our team. This professional will be responsible for managing all stages of the product, system, or service lifecycle—including development, launch, pricing, and profitability—with the goal of supporting sales and marketing efforts, maintaining products in line with pricing and demand, and increasing market share and company profitability.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the Sales team through planning, controlling, and prioritizing the Product team's resources (Technicians, Analysts, and Engineers), along with conducting market analyses (product, place, pricing, people, and services), aiming to gain competitive ground and monitor product lifecycles.
- Support the development and communication of the marketing plan, coordinating studies and market research, and presenting local technical demands to the global team.
- Define portfolio, volume, and pricing strategies for the domestic market in alignment with global guidelines, considering technical, logístical, tax, and import aspects.
- Coordinate product-related projects, promoting best market practices and ensuring the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
- Act as the technical representative for the country in the global team, presenting research results and local demands to ensure commercial objectives and brand expansion.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required); MBA in People Management is a plus.
- Technical knowledge in low-voltage drives or automation systems (PLC, DCS).
- Familiarity with industrial markets such as pulp and paper, food and beverage, water and wastewater, metallurgy, chemicals and oil & gas, mining, among others.
- Previous experience in technical and commercial product promotion.
- Prior experience in team management is desirable.
- Fluent English is required for conversation and collaboration with global teams.
