At CloudWalk, compliance is about more than adhering to regulations — it's about enabling innovation . Our Compliance Team empowers our teams to develop disruptive products and services while ensuring seamless user experiences aligned with regulatory frameworks.

We're seeking a hands-on, technically skilled compliance professional passionate about emerging technologies and innovative financial solutions. You'll work closely with product teams to anticipate regulatory challenges, lead compliance strategies, and support the development of cutting-edge financial products.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Collaborate with teams to analyze and monitor regulatory demands in the financial and payments sectors.
  • Participate in regulatory discussions, including topics such as Zetta and the evolving payments landscape.
  • Conduct in-depth regulatory analysis relevant to the financial sector.
  • Ensure compliance in new product development, providing strategic input on regulatory matters.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders to keep business teams informed on compliance programs.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Project Management teams to advance regulatory initiatives.
What You Need To Succeed:
  • A university degree in a related field and a strong passion for financial regulation.
  • Experience in Payment Institutions, financial institutions, and Type 3 conglomerates.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English skills to navigate international regulatory environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge to bridge compliance, technology, and innovation effectively.
  • Experience with COSIF standards applicable to Type 3 conglomerates.
  • Experience applying artificial intelligence to compliance workflows.
  • Participation in the authorization processes of financial institutions is a plus but not mandatory.
