• Supply Chain and Logistics

• Lead process transformation across functional areas of the Supply Chain, focusing on Strategic Inventory, Freight Cost Management, Budget (ABP & RBM), and other areas through technology and data analysis.
• Identify and develop business and process improvements, connecting with internal and external partners to implement solutions that increase productivity and reduce manual processes.
• Act as Process Owner for the Supply Chain squads.
• Identify, define, and implement integrated solutions using technology, building internal and external alliances to explore opportunities that improve performance.
• Establish effective connections, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions.
• Benchmark, measure, and apply industry best practices to develop ideal supply chain solutions.
• Develop and analyze data to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve performance, enabling more efficient supply chains, better inventory utilization, and stronger business partnerships.

• Business Process Improvement: knowledge of best practices and ability to apply methods to identify and implement more efficient business activities.
• Decision Making and Critical Thinking: ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
• Project Management: ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects to achieve objectives.
• Continuous Transformation: ability to adapt and drive changes to maintain competitive advantage.

• Completed undergraduate degree.
• Pre-advanced English.
• Experience in process and application development with Office 365 (Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, AI, etc.).

• Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Familiarity with Intelligent Automation CoE and programming languages (Python, Java).
• Lean or continuous improvement background.
• Ability to translate between technical and business language and serve as a bridge between support and Caterpillar's business.
• Project leadership experience.
• Advanced English.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days per week.
